Version 1.0.87.3 brings the following fixes and improvements

Bug fixes

Fixed date format being flipped between leaf cells and totals
Prevented a bug causing grid to get misaligned when attempting to write in a cell partially offscreen
Fixed non-writable string cells being displayed as "1"

Fixed an issue where cleared date values would not be saved due to the native clear value being incompatible, a new clear value for dates has been defined as "1900-01-01" to represent a cleared/deleted value, and can be handled accordingly.
Fixed a bug causing the Edit button for custom calculations to not properly select the calculation when pressed.
Fixed borders on column headers being applied for rows as well.
Fixed Totals styling applying on hierarchy headers when turned off
Fixed a bug causing Save Layout to not function properly when "Auto Expand" was set to None

Improvements

Power BI measure format now gets applied as grid format for measure
Implemented ad hoc Hierarchy filtering via a Right click context menu entry.
Backwards compatability patch for introduction of Schemaname field, has been removed. Schemaname will no longer be derived from tableName when formatted as Schemaname.tableName. Tablename syntax has not been changed.
Added PBI conditional formatting functionality to "Self-hosted API URL" field in Connection, allowing for a measure to be used.

Implemented a Measure index for Custom calculation (Measure), Allowing for setting the measure index among other measures, the index placement is done in the same order as is shown in the Calculation Overview.
Improved the displayed date format in totals to reflect the same used for leafs
Comments saving was changed some time ago to save the full given history of comments from a cell together. This has now been reverted to the original way of saving one comment per cell.
Added Edit button for custom measures
Improved API Writeback SQL to only insert on given columns.
Implemented a Keybind to launch url links from cells by using either (Crtl + Click) or (Alt + Click)

Implemented Lock cells on specific measure. You can now individually assign which grid measures' editability should be controlled by which lock cell measure. This is controlled in the Formatting settings using per measure settings.
